Our Commitment to Integrity At FICUS, our formulations are crafted with high-potency, clinical-grade ingredients and housed in protective packaging to ensure maximum efficacy. To maintain the uncompromising hygiene and safety standards required for prestige skincare, we have established the following policy:
Returns & Exchanges Due to the medicinal nature of our products and strict health regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. * Unopened Products: We accept returns on products in their original, unopened, and vacuum-sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or with a verified manufacturing defect, please notify us at itsficusbrand@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund for you.

Skin Sensitivity: We intentionally use high-active concentrations. Because individual skin chemistry varies, we cannot offer refunds based on personal preference, scent, or individual sensitivity. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application.
Shipping & Handling

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has departed our facility.

Rates: Standard and expedited shipping options are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Product Safety Warning: For external use only. Our formulations contain high-potency ingredients; we recommend a patch test 24 hours before full application. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. By purchasing, you acknowledge that FICUS is not liable for individual adverse reactions or misuse of the product. Consult a dermatologist if you have specific skin concerns or pre-existing conditions.
FICUS provides products for cosmetic use only. While we strive for clinical efficacy, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FICUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to skin sensitivity, allergic reactions, or unexpected results. The user assumes all risk associated with product application.
Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
A fee of $9.99 will be deducted to inspect/scrap/restock the item. We thank you for your understanding, as a small business we cannot absorb the cost of free returns just yet.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used due to product hygiene reasons.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
